Dan is a very helpful person and although I don’t have experience with him as a realtor, I’d definitely use him in the future should I ever decide to sell my home. He kindly assisted me with finding a contractor to rebuild my shower after a leak because my neighbor (whose house he was selling) informed him of my difficulties in finding a contractor.
