Honestly, one of the best real estate agents I have encountered during my process of buying my FIRST HOME. Dan is professional and personable at the same time. He definitely cares about his clients. Dan is very educated and experienced when it comes to buying and selling homes. He was able to answer all my questions (I had many haha), and was very patient with me and my family. This market has been very competitive, and Dan was able to get my offer accepted for my home. He definitely knows how to negotiate and I am happy to say that he is my realtor. Dan definitely has many other clients, but not once did I feel that I was not a priority. I am grateful for Dan and his amazing team (Melissa and Gulnaz).
